What would you do if you saw evidence of mountain lions while hiking? #NowWhat

On Monday we proposed this question: We asked our friends on twitter, facebook, pinterest and google+. The responses were great and entertaining. This was a tricky question because what does mountain lion scat even look like? Also, I think in most cases a hiker wouldn't even know if they are being stalked by a mountain lion until it is right on top of them. So, what would we do?
